Bell Revives 5G on Virgin Plus to Compete with Fido and Koodo

Virgin Plus Joins the 5G Revolution
In an exciting move, Virgin Plus, a subsidiary of Bell, has reintroduced its 5G plans, joining the ranks of Fido and Koodo. This update means that most of Virgin's offerings now come with access to 5G data speeds. However, it's important to note that their ‘Basic' plans still operate on 3G speeds.
Speedy Data Options for Customers
Virgin Plus is stepping up its game by providing customers with impressive data speeds of up to 1Gbps. This puts them on par with Fido’s recent offerings. In contrast, Koodo and Public Mobile—both under Telus—are limiting their data speeds to a maximum of 250Mbps. Koodo does offer a speed boost perk that can increase this cap to 500Mbps.
