According to findings from a leaked version of SecClockWorkSysUI (version 4.0.57), it seems Samsung is customizing this feature specifically for its smartwatch interface.
The Now Bar could appear as either a simple icon or a more detailed display featuring both an icon and text when activated. This widget system aims to provide relevant data without requiring users to leave their main watch face. Users can expect updates like Media Controls, live sports scores, Maps, and other context-aware data readily available at their fingertips.Gesture Controls for easy Access

Additionally, there are rumors about new customization options for watch faces coming with One UI 8 Watch.
