Marvel Rivals: Hellfire Gala Moments Event Overview
Marvel Rivals keeps players excited with regular updates and engaging content. The latest season,which started on April 11,2025,dives into the X-Men universe and highlights the glamorous Hellfire Gala. New characters like Emma Frost and Ultron join the game, along with a vibrant new map set in Krakoa.
As its launch, five new characters have been introduced alongside a notable balance update. However, there are concerns about declining player numbers on PC. The current event, Hellfire Gala: Moments, kicked off on May 2 and runs until May 23. This event allows players to experience the beauty of Krakoa while completing various challenges.
Participating in the Hellfire Gala Moments Event
The Hellfire Gala Moments is an exciting feature of Marvel Rivals‘ Season 2 that complements another ongoing event called Cerebro Database. This unique event consists of three acts filled with specific missions for players to complete.
To access later acts, players must finish all tasks in Act One first. Below are details about each act and their respective missions:
Act One: Discovering Krakoa
Missions:
- The Green Lagoon: Play 15 matches across Quick Match or Competitive modes to earn 50 Chrono Tokens.
- A Flying Dragon?: Heal a total of 50,000 Health during matches for another reward of 50 Chrono Tokens.
- Krakoa’s Next Gen: Defeat 100 enemies across any match type to receive an additional reward of 80 Chrono Tokens.
Act Two: Gifts from the Hellfire Trading Company
This act allows players to draw gifts from trading cards after earning X-Coins through missions. Players can claim up to four gifts by completing tasks divided into three parts:
Missions for Part One:
- Play five matches in any mode for a reward of 20 X-Coins.
- Achieve at least 40 assists during matches for an additional reward of ten X-Coins.
- Sustain damage totaling at least 60,000 points across matches for another set of rewards totaling up to forty coins (20 +20).
- Lands at least twenty final hits during gameplay earns you thirty more coins.
Missions for part Two:
- Your goal is six completed matches; this will net you thirty X-Coins and also other rewards based on performance metrics like final hits or enemy defeats (30-40 coins).
Missions for Part Three:
- You need six completed matches again; this will earn you thirty more coins along with other bonuses based on health packs collected or double KOs scored (30-40 coins).
Act Three: Voting for Your Favorite Character's Costume
This act gives fans a chance to vote on which character will receive a special costume next year at the gala. To participate in voting requires collecting Voting Tokens through mission completion or purchasing them using X-Coins.
Each vote costs one token; after casting ten votes you'll get a unique Gallery Card featuring one character from this year's gala.
