In an email sent to customers on March 19, Freedom confirmed that their $19 plan includes both full-speed data and unlimited data at reduced speeds. They attributed the lack of unlimited data to a technical error which they promised would be fixed promptly.
“We assure our customers this is a technical issue causing some users to experience a hard cap after using the initial gigabyte rather of the expected speed reduction.This will be resolved by tomorrow,” stated Freedom in their message.
