Rogers, Pearson renew bringing next-gen portable charging

Rogers has announced that it’s renewing its long-term agreement with Toronto Pearson as the major partner of the country’s biggest airport. The renewal of the multi-year partnership will bring new technology, connectivity and experiences to Pearson.

According to Rogers, people travelling through Pearson will see new sports, entertainment and branded experiences. Additionally, Pearson will have reimagined business pods and offer “next-generation portable charging.” Further, Rogers will have brand integration through the high-traffic areas of the airport and offer interactive touchpoints for travellers and will collaborate with Toronto Pearson on other initiatives.

And Rogers will also have exclusive telecommunications branding and advertising rights throughout Pearson’s terminals. The partnership will roll out in phases beginning later this year.

Rogers first made the agreement with Toronto Pearson back in 2019.
